Annette Lindeman

Annette Lindeman is a BMM-certified (Benelux) and registered European Trademark & Design Attorney with 20+ years of experience in intellectual property law. 

Career history 

Annette studied Business Law at Leiden University. In 2002, she obtained her diploma from the Professional Training Programme for Trademark and Design Attorneys (BBMM), becoming a certified attorney. She is also qualified to practice before the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). 

Annette gained extensive experience at various trademark agencies, handling trademark portfolios for both international and medium-sized companies in various industries before joining Novagraaf in 2022. 

At Novagraaf, Annette specialises in advising on trademark availability and registrability, filing strategies, dispute resolution, negotiating infringement cases, conducting and advising on opposition proceedings, invalidity actions, drafting coexistence agreements, and managing IP portfolios.
