Deisy Rechtsteiner

Deisy Rechtsteiner is a highly accomplished jurist from Brazil, specialising in IP rights. She holds two Master’s degrees from LMU Munich, where she developed her expertise in this field. With nearly four years of experience in trademark and design portfolio management, Deisy is responsible for legal management of trademark and design portfolios.

Throughout her career, Deisy has developed a deep understanding of German, European and international trademark systems. She assists clients from initial consultation through to IP registration and other procedures aimed at protecting their IP rights. Deisy obtained her Master’s degree in European and International Business Law, with specialisation in Trademark Law, from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. She gained experience at a large international law firm before joining Brandstock Legal in 2022.
