Diana Marušinová

Since joining Brandstock Legal in 2019, Diana Marušinová has focused on managing trademark and design matters for international clients across many industry sectors.

She has particular expertise in the chemical and construction sectors, as well as cosmetics and personal care, home care, consumer goods (including food and beverages), and pharmaceuticals. Her work includes advising on filing and enforcement strategies, handling opposition and cancellation proceedings, negotiating agreements, and managing pre-litigation matters.

Career history

Diana holds a Master’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in business management from Masaryk University of Brno, Czechia. She began her career as an associate at a general practice law firm in Slovakia, before moving to an in-house role within the trademark team of an international company, where she further expanded her expertise in IP law. She is a European Trademark & Design Attorney (EUIPO).
