Ericka Winogradsky has been working in the IP field since 2010. She has been a French IP attorney specialising in trademarks, designs and models (INPI) and a representative before the EUIPO since 2016, and joined Novagraaf in 2022.
At Novagraaf, Ericka focuses on trademark law, designs, geographical indications and domain names. She assists French and international clients with their filing projects, as well as with the protection of their IP rights, including through prior right searches, filing strategies, monitoring of registration procedures, renewals, letters of claim, opposition proceedings and invalidity or revocation actions before the INPI and the EUIPO, and the drafting of IP-related agreements.
Ericka advises clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries, from food and automotives to the fashion, luxury, cosmetics and digital media sectors.
Career history
After gaining experience at a major Paris-based law firm and spending more than eight years at a pan-European industrial property firm, Ericka joined Novagraaf as a French and European Trademark Attorney in 2022.
She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Industrial Property Law from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II). She is also a graduate of the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme (ETMD EP).

Areas of expertise
Ericka’s areas of practice include trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, domain names and contracts. She specialises in the creation and protection (filing, portfolio evaluation, contracts) of IP rights and their enforcement (cease-and-desist letters, opposition proceedings, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations and administrative litigation). She also supports clients with licensing, portfolio management, and other strategic IP tasks.
