Pierre Coppin is an expert in wine & spirits law, acting on behalf of different clients in this field. He works with national and international wine and spirits producers, distributors and retailers to ensure the protection and defence of their intangible assets through trademark, design, domain name and copyright law. He also supports clients in many other industries to protect and enforce their valuable IP rights.
Career history
Pierre holds a Master's degree (DI2C) specialising in Business Law and Intellectual Property from the Université Paris-Sud. In 2014, he gained a Master’s degree II (DI2C) in the Law of Technical Innovation, specialising in the Law of Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the Université Paris-Sud. Pierre began his IP career at a Paris IP office in 2014, before joining Novagraaf in 2016. He has been a registered French and European Trademark & Design Attorney since 2018.

Pierre is a member of the Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM) and the International Wine Law Association (IWLA).
