Talita Marchione has extensive experience in managing global IP portfolios and provides clients with strategic advice on the development, protection, exploitation and optimisation of their IP portfolios.
Career history
Talita studied Law at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Brazil). As part of her studies, Talita completed a four-year internship at a renowned law firm in Brazil, where she became a full-time associate for a further five years in the Civil Litigation, Arbitration and Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Talita successfully passed the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and completed a specialisation course in Intellectual Property – Unfair Competition, Trademarks and other Distinctive Signs at Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil) and the online extension course on Copyright offered by Harvard Law School. Talita also obtained the Lato sensu postgraduate degree in Information Technology and Law at the Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil) and her LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC).
Since she completed her LL.M. in Germany, Talita has been working at Brandstock Legal.
