Mariëlle Hoffer

Mariëlle Hoffer has extensive experience in the fields of trademark, design, trade name and copyright law. She also specialises in providing advice on domain name procedures.

Mariëlle is a BMM-certified trademark attorney. The BMM certification is a quality label issued by the Beneluxvereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht.

Career history

Mariëlle studied Business Law at the Free University of Amsterdam (VU). She worked at a Dutch production company before joining Novagraaf in 2006. Marielle obtained her diploma from the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Attorneys training institute in 2009 and completed the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme in 2019.

Work highlights

Through her activities for a large number of global clients, Mariëlle has gained specialist knowledge in coordinating and managing large international trademark portfolios.
