Diana Marušinová

Since joining Brandstock in 2019, Diana has developed practice in managing trademark and design matters for international clients across a wide range of industries. 

She has particular expertise in the chemical and construction sectors, as well as cosmetics and personal care, home care, consumer goods (including food and beverages), and pharmaceuticals. Her work includes advising on filing and enforcement strategies, handling opposition and cancellation proceedings, negotiating agreements, and managing pre-litigation matters.

Career history

Diana holds a Master’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in business management both from the Masaryk University of Brno, Czechia. She began her career as an associate at a general practice law firm in Slovakia, where she gained experience across a range of legal fields, and later moved to an in-house role within the trademark team of an international company, further focusing her work on intellectual property law. She is a European Trademark and Design Attorney (EUIPO).
