Karen Damian-Picollet

Career history

Karen obtained her Master degree in Law from the University of Grenoble and the CUERPI (Centre Universitaire d'Enseignement et de Recherche en Propriété Intellectuelle) also in Grenoble in which she specialised in Intellectual Property, Business and Contract Law. Karen spent 8 years as Intellectual Property and Legal Counsel for the Swiss luxury goods company de GRISOGONO SA in Geneva where she gained knowledge in various legal areas including in managing global IP portfolio before joining Brandstock Switzerland in 2015. 

Work highlights

Karen has built up considerable experience advising on trademark filing strategies, managing portfolios for multinational companies. She is involved both in the creation and valuation (IP due diligence, clearance searches, filing, portfolio valuation, contracts) of IP rights, as well as enforcement (formal notice, opposition, infringement seizure, pre-litigation proceedings, negotiation, administrative litigation and anti-counterfeiting).
