Marianne Tissot

Trademark Attorney Marianne Tissot focuses on the creation of and adding value to IP rights (filing, portfolio evaluation, contracts) and in defending them (formal notice, opposition, confiscation, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative disputes, counterfeiting).

Career history

Marianne holds a Master's degree II in European Union Business Law from the Université de Nancy and a Master's degree II in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI-Université de Strasbourg). She gained her law degree in 2010 (Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat – École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris). She has been an IP consultant (trademarks and designs) and a Trademark Attorney at the EUIPO since 2012.

Marianne initially gained experience in intellectual property in 2007 at a pharmaceutical laboratory. She then worked for various French and UK law offices specialising in this area. Marianne joined Novagraaf in 2010.

Marianne is a member of the Association of Law Practitioners for Trademarks and Models (APRAM).
