Career history 

Pyae Pyae Phyo (Tina) has an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from MIPLC, Germany. She also holds an LL.M in Commercial Law and an LL.B from the University of Yangon. With over two years of trademark experience in Myanmar, she has worked extensively in trademark prosecution, having exposed to both first to use and first to file system and a major transformation of these systems from one to another in Myanmar. She has started her career as a trademark jurist in Brandstock since March 2023, becoming part of the legal team mainly responsible for portfolio management of a cosmetics and personal care client.
