Sylvain Dubois

Sylvain Dubois holds an engineering degree from ECAM Rennes, with a specialization in industrial engineering. He graduated from the Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle (CEIPI, University of Strasbourg) in 2019, with a specialization in patents.

Loopbaan

Sylvain began his career in 2013 as a trainee Examiner in the patent department of the National Institute of Industrial Property. Since 2016, he has been working in private practice. He joined the Mechanics - Physics department of Novagraaf Technologies in 2025.

Expertise

His areas of expertise include patent drafting, prosecution for French, European, international (PCT) and foreign patent application, and expert reports on freedom to operate, patentability, infringement and patent validity.
