Timotej Kotnik Jesih

Timotej manages several clients’ IP portfolios. His tasks mostly include trademark filings, patent annuity management, licensing contracts, copyright issues, IP enforcement (such as oppositions, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations etc.). 

Career history

Timotej graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana in 2019. During studies, he spent a semester in the UK at University of Sheffield, expanding knowledge on Common Law post-graduate courses. 

Timotej has been working in the field of IP law since 2019, first as Junior Associate in a law firm, and later at the Intellectual Property Institute. He joined Brandstock in 2021.

Timotej is also a certified trademark and design representative in Slovenia and the EU.
