Helma van de Langenberg is Managing Director of Novagraaf Netherlands and a BMM-certified Trademark Attorney specialising in the protection and management of trademarks, trade names, designs, copyright and related brand rights. In her day-to-day practice, Helma focuses on finding the right balance between legal frameworks and her clients’ commercial interests, whether through negotiating settlements or initiating legal proceedings to safeguard valuable brand assets.
Career history
Helma obtained her Master’s degree in Law from Tilburg University and began her professional career in IP law as an attorney-at-law in 2002. She joined Novagraaf in 2006 and was appointed Managing Consultant in 2020. Since 2023, she has held the position of Managing Director of Novagraaf Netherlands.
Work highlights
Helma provides practical legal advice and has an entrepreneurial mindset, which is always top of mind when advising her clients. Her clients include leading and innovative international companies, particularly those in the food/beverage and fashion industries.
